All the classrooms, library and auditorium are equipped with Internet services and an announcement system. All the communication, notices, announcements and news are conveyed via LAN through digital display.
Computer education being an essential part of modern day living, Agrawal offers two well-equipped computer labs with almost 75 computers with the latest configurations and advanced software which cater to the requirement of students, teachers and curriculum . It helps to develop all-round computer skills amongst the students. The lab offers two softwares - Windows & Ubuntu. The teachers at Agrawal are well versed with MS-Office and the school ERP software for an efficient working, and are doing allstudent and school related work on the computers as a routine activity.
Agrawal offers teaching in a very elaborative and student friendly format in the form of smart classes with vivid audio-visual aids to make learning interesting and thus easier, at the same time incorporating new ideas and concepts. Each class attends these sessions for each subject at least once a week.
Innovative concepts of teaching are practised in well-equipped and newly constructed Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs where regular practical sessions are held.The labs are designed to reinforce the practical learning skill of the subject with hands on experiment. The labs are spacious with a capacity of around 30 students per batch and with all the equipments and chemicals of high quality to encourage students to school science experiments. We at Agrawal are giving space to our students to involve art in every aspect of their lives. The art room is equipped with all the resources necessary for pursuing arts and induce innovations. An artist is influenced by everything around him and vice-versa. We try to breed this side of beauty in our children. All the events and celebrations in school premises are beautified by our students using handmade decorations with eco-friendly material. All the interior and paintings in the auditorium have also been created by our very own students under the able guidance of art-conscious teachers.
A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. This is the norm followed at Agrawal. The student activity department focuses on participation in sports to develop a competitive spirit, build up a healthy body and to achieve excellence in physical activities. Sport activities like Basketball, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Table Tennis, Kabaddi, Chess, Carrom, Yoga, Athletics and Recreational games are regularly conducted under the coaching of well-trained sports teachers. Each class has 2 to 3 games periods per week. Inter-house sports meets are held regularly and annual sports meet is also conducted. सभी समाज एवं वर्ग की छात्राओं को उच्च शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से जुलाई-1984 में अग्रवाल शिक्षण संस्थान का उदय हुआ और 15 अगस्त, 1989 को 52 छात्राओं से महाविद्यालय प्रारम्भ किया गया। राजस्थान के पूर्वांचल में सवाई माधोपुर जिले के अन्तर्गत गंगापुर सिटी रेलवे स्टेशन से 3 किलो मीटर दूर जयपुर रोड पर यह महाविद्यालय स्थित है। जो अग्रवाल समाज के अद्वितीय योगदान द्वारा निरन्तर स्थापना से वर्तमान तक महिला शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व जागृति लाने का कार्य सफलतापूर्वक कर रहा है।वर्तमान में महाविद्यालय में छात्राऐं अध्ययनरत है। महाविद्यालय से विगत वर्षों में अध्ययन पूर्ण कर चुकी हजारों छात्राएँ विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में कार्य कर रही हैं तथा अपना व अपने क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन कर रही है। महाविद्यालय में कला, वाणिज्य और विज्ञान विषयों में अध्ययन की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। सजग प्रबन्धन, कुशल नेतृत्व, सुयोग्य प्रशासन, अनुभवी-कर्मठ-योग्यताधारी व्याख्याताओं द्वारा दी जा रही शिक्षा के फलस्वरूप पिछले कई वर्षों से लगातार इस महाविद्यालय का परीक्षा परिणाम लगभग शत-प्रतिशत रहा है। कोटा विश्विद्यालय, कोटा के अन्तर्गत इस महाविद्यालय की विशिष्ट पहचान कायम है। प्रतिवर्ष विभिन्न खेल-कूद प्रतियोगिताओं में विश्वविद्यालय, राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर छात्राओं का प्रदर्शन सराहनीय रहा है। महाविद्यालय में एन.एस.एस. की दो इकाई संचालित है, जिनमें छात्राएँ भाग लेकर राज्य स्तर तक पुरस्कृत हुई हैं एवं महाविद्यालय को भी राज्य स्तर पर पुरस्कृत किया गया है तथा महाविद्यालय को सत्र 2016 में NAAC द्वारा पुर्नमूल्यांकन में B++ ग्रेड प्राप्त हुई है जो अत्यन्त ही गौरव का विषय है। छात्राओं के सर्वागीण विकास हेतु महाविद्यालय परिसर में स्वच्छ एवं हवादार छात्रावास, केन्टीन, खेल के मैदान, कम्प्यूटर प्रयोगशाला, सुव्यवस्थित विशाल कक्षा-कक्ष एवं प्रायोगिक प्रयोगशालाएँ स्थापित है। तथा इस सत्र से प्रबंधन द्वारा नयी पहल करते हुए छात्राओं को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी हेतु परिसर में ही विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा गणित, अंग्रेजी, रीजनिंग व विज्ञान सहित सभी विषयों की तैयारी करवाई जायेगी तथा छात्राओं को रोजगार के अवसर सृजित करने का यह श्रेष्ठ प्रयास संभव हो सकेगा। यह महाविद्यालय ज्ञान के सृजन और शिक्षा के निरन्तर प्रचार एवं विकास तथा उच्च आदर्शो एवं मूल्यों के प्रति पूर्णतः समर्पित हैं। तथा ‘शिक्षित बेटी-समृद्ध राष्ट्र’ की परिकल्पना को साकार करने में प्रयासरत है।
The college is known because of the heights scaled by its former students in fields as diverse as academics, sports and the performing arts. It continues to sustain its links with them through the Alumnae association. The association provides them with a platform to cherish memories of the glorious days spent in college by being part of 'Kasturi' (the youth week), the sports day and other college celebrations.
